What Java collects

Java stores the account details needed to authenticate you and the tasks, calendar items, goals, conversations, memories, and settings you create in the product. When you connect Google Workspace, Java stores authorization details and the Google account identifier needed to provide the features you approve.

How Google data is used

Java requests Google permissions only to perform user-facing Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Tasks features. Google data is used to display requested information, prepare actions for review, and execute actions you approve. Java does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Java may process data through hosting, database, email-delivery, and AI service providers that support the product. Data is shared only as needed to operate those services, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.

Retention and control

You can disconnect Google Workspace from Integrations to revoke Java's stored Google connection. You can also edit or remove supported product data from its relevant screen, download a portable account export, and schedule or cancel account deletion from Settings.

Security

Java uses access controls and encrypted network connections to protect data. No online service can promise absolute security, so please avoid storing information the product does not need.
